Merry Christmas

This morning we woke up early (well 8:00) and Noah heard jingle bells coming from upstairs. So we all went upstairs and guess who we saw just finishing...Santa Claus! Noah was very excited. He paused at the top of the stairs and just kept saying "Santa Claus". He finally went into the family room when he found out Santa had something for him. Santa gave him a couple of presents before taking off to finish all his deliveries but not before posing for a few pictures and eating the snack Noah left out for him. So you know, we tried to get Noah to sit on Santas knee but he would have none of that. Anyways, Christmas so far has been wonderful....spoiled as usual! Can't wait for turkey, perogies, and cabbage rolls this evening! Merry Christmas Everyone!

Pool Shark

Noah learned how to play pool today and here are a couple shots of him working his magic swindling the family out of all their money. He isn't quite tall enough to reach the table on his own...he needs a little help.

Christmas in Winterland!

Hey everybody! We just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas from Winterland...oh, I mean Summerland! We woke up this morning to SNOW! Yay! Looks like it might be a white Christmas for us after all. Thankfully we came up yesterday....in time to beat the crazy snowfall and nasty road conditions. Just so you know, Noah still won't walk in the snow but he did go for a ride with Grandpa on the ATV and they drove through the snow. He also helped shovel the driveway and provided excellent supervision for the plowing that went on.

Surprise Visit

Grandma and Grandpa surprised us this weekend and showed up on our doorstep on Friday. Noah was SO EXCITED and we were shocked considering the weather that we have been having. However, when they went to leave today he cried, and cried, and cried, and cried. Anyways, thanks for the visit Grandma and Grandpa, we'll see you in 19 days!

Bucket Boy

Last night Uncle Kyle came over and brought out his bucket of cars for Noah to play with. Noah proceeded to dump out all the cars and then climb in the bucket. Need I say more.

Let it Snow!

So, for those of you that don't know today it snowed at our house. Yay! We figured Noah would love the snow....and he loved watching the snow and being outside as long as he didn't have to walk in it. So, we put him in his car and pushed him around and he rode his PowerWheels ATV. This picture shows the snow this morning (about 8cm), we now have at least 30cm. Looks like no work for Greg tomorrow!

Morning News

Noah likes to do what Daddy does and here is a good example. This morning I got out of the shower to find Noah sitting in his chair at the table reading the paper. When I asked him what he was doing he told me he was looking for "hockey".

Countdown to Christmas

Christmas is big in our house and today we started the official countdown (now that the halloween decorations are down). In case you can't read it the big fat snowman (Norman) says that there are 50 days left until Christmas. Sully just gets to come out because he is super cool! And, if you were wondering how tall Noah is, it's official, he is one snowman tall!

Happy Halloween

Here are a couple of pictures from Halloween. This was the first year Noah went trick-or-treating and he really enjoyed it. He didn't even want to come in but Greg dragged him. If you ask Noah what he was he'll tell you he was a dinosaur but his costume is that of a dragon. Grandpa grew Noah the HUGE pumpkin up in Summerland and everytime Noah talked to him he asked how his pumpkin was doing. As you can see it did well and Greg had a great time carving it. Thanks Grandpa we can't wait to see how big next years will be!

Touchdown Helmets!

Good Luck in the football pool Daddy I hope your guys on the Helmets score lots of these!

Cool Dude

We decided to let Noah "grow his hair out" and then we spiked it. It looked pretty cool. I don't know about you but I think he looks about 5 years old in this picture.

Two Years Old!

So, I know it has been a long time since we have posted new pictures on the blog but I didn't realize anyone actually checked our blog. I guess I was wrong since everybody has been nagging me to add new pictures. Anyways, Noah turned two and just after his birthday we went to the Pumpkin Patch so here is his two year picture from the pumpkin patch.

Summerland Parade

Last weekend we went up to Summerland to visit my parents. It just so happened that there was a parade going on in Summerland so we took Noah. We were a bit unsure as to how he would handle the loud noises, wierd clowns, and big animals but it turned out that he loved it. Not as much as he loved the playground at the park following the parade. We couldn't get him off it! Oh well! So, here are some parade pictures and a playground picture.

Diggers

A couple weeks ago Noah's Uncle Kyle took him to the Chilliwack Landfill so he could ride on a digger. In case you don't know, diggers and dump trucks are all Noah talks about. He is definately a boy! Anyways, here are some photos from the exciting trip. (Noah is in the digger!)

Cuddles for Mom

Cuddles for Mom on Mothers Day.

Cousins

Noah, Olivia, and Sabrina really enjoyed picking buttercups for Grandma on Mothers Day.

Mothers Day

For Mothers Day this year we spent the day at home and then in the afternoon we met the other Falks, the Reids, and the Johnstones at Mission Springs for an early supper. Mission Springs backs on the Fraser River and there just happened to be a field outside where Noah could pick some buttercups.

Say Cheese

Noah really enjoys digging around in our pile of old sunglasses, so the other day we decided we'd all put on a goofy pair and take a picture. Noah even said "Cheese" when we snapped it.

Big Boy Bed

On the weekend we thought we'd try putting Noah in his big boy bed for the first time.....thankfully he is such a good sleeper and has no desire to get out of his bed. It's now five days later and he still hasn't climbed out.

Happy Easter

This was the first year Noah participated in an Easter Egg Hunt. Grandma & Grandpa Falk had one for him and his cousins at their house. On Easter morning he woke to find that the Easter Bunny had visited his house and left him some eggs and a little present.

Noah Phones "Brampa"

For those of you who don't know, Noah is obsessed with his two "Brampas". All he does is talk about them and whenever a phone is out he picks it up and says "Brampa?" So, here he is (looking stunning with Greg's shoes on" talking to "Brampa Rob".
